Go to Account Settings and select “Delete Account.” You’ll have 30 days to change your mind before it’s permanent. We’ll also offer a data export so you can take your betting history with you.

Your handle is set once during signup. You can change it in Profile Settings — but keep in mind that previous VS Fights and leaderboard entries will still show your old handle.

Coach Bola is our AI prediction engine. It analyzes historical match data, team form, head-to-head records, player availability, referee patterns, weather, and hundreds of other signals — then generates a probability for each match outcome. It also publishes daily picks with full reasoning so you know exactly why it chose each bet.

Confidence is a score from 0–100 that reflects how much data was available and how strong the signal is. High-confidence picks (80+) mean the underlying data was both plentiful and consistent. Low-confidence picks (50–60) mean the data was sparse or contradictory. You can see confidence calibration metrics on the Coach Bola performance page.

SupaBola predictions come in two tiers. Tier 1 is free — it gives you win/draw/loss percentages. Tier 2 goes deeper with advanced ML models, live-player ratings, referee bias analysis, and tactical matchups. You can unlock Tier 2 with $BOLA or a subscription.

After a match finishes, it can take 5–20 minutes for the official result to sync. If it’s been more than an hour, there may be a data delay from our sports-data provider. Check our status page for any known issues. If everything looks green, reach out via the contact form.

We source match results from official data providers. If you believe a result is incorrect, contact us with the fixture details and we’ll investigate. Settlement reversals are extremely rare and require confirmed corrections from the data provider.

Go to any match page, pick your prediction, and tap “VS Friend.” You’ll get a shareable link — send it via WhatsApp, Telegram, or copy it, and your friend can accept the challenge in one tap.

Most top-ups appear instantly. If yours hasn’t arrived after 5 minutes, first try refreshing the page. If it still shows the old balance, check your transaction history. If there’s no record of the purchase, contact us with your receipt and we’ll sort it out — usually within a few hours.

Failed and duplicate charges are always refunded. Beyond that, $BOLA top-ups are non-refundable once the $BOLA hits your balance, and Coach Bola Premium is refunded at our discretion — your statutory consumer rights always come first. The full details are in our Refund Policy. To request one, contact us through the form with the payment reference from your receipt.

No — $BOLA is an in-app credit used for predictions, challenges, and the economy. It is not real money and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. This is by design: SupaBola is a social sports prediction game, not a real-money betting platform.

Go to Profile Settings and select “Take a Break.” You can cool off for 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During the cool-off, you can still browse but can’t place bets or join new challenges. The cool-off is non-cancelable — it’ll lift automatically when the period ends.

Yes. In Profile Settings, you can set a daily $BOLA cap and a daily challenge cap. We’ll warn you when you’re approaching your limit. If you need stricter controls, consider using the cool-off feature.

No. SupaBola is a social sports prediction game. $BOLA is an in-app virtual credit — you cannot win real money and you cannot withdraw your $BOLA balance. Read more on our disclaimers page.
