This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund on SupaBola. It covers the two things you can pay us real money for:
Read it together with our Terms of Service (see the Payment and Billing and $BOLA Virtual Currency sections). Where this policy and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.
SupaBola is not a bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator. $BOLA is a promotional virtual currency with no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for money. Buying $BOLA is buying a license to use a virtual good inside the app — not depositing money you can later withdraw.
$BOLA is a one-time purchase of a virtual-good license. When a top-up succeeds, the $BOLA is credited to your balance immediately and is available to spend. Because the good is delivered instantly and consumed in-app, top-ups are non-refundable once the $BOLA is credited, except as set out below.
Complimentary $BOLA — signup bonuses, referral rewards, achievement payouts, and the first-top-up bonus — is never refundable for cash, because you never paid cash for it. If you refund a paid top-up that triggered a bonus, the bonus $BOLA granted on the back of that top-up may be reversed together with the refund.
Coach Bola Premium is billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual).
We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 5 business days; failed/duplicate-charge refunds are usually faster. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We refund in the currency you were charged and are not responsible for foreign-exchange differences or card-issuer fees.
This policy does not limit any refund or remedy you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country, where that right cannot be waived by contract. In our launch markets that includes, without limitation:
Where a mandatory consumer right applies, it overrides the general non-refundable stance above.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge (for example, $BOLA you received and spent) may result in your account being suspended pending review and any disputed $BOLA being removed from your balance, in line with the Terms of Service. We will always provide transaction records to support a genuine dispute.
